Hi everyone out there in Stumble Land!
I'm Lorraine (yeah, you're right. That's not really me in the profile pic - I only WISH I looked like that so I could go straight off to Hollywood!).
I've a real passion for helping people to overcome depression and the debilitating effects of stress.
I suffered from clinical depression and PTSD for years and now I'm bouncing happily through every single day...
I did it through natural, holistic methods, and I'm trying every day to pass on my knowledge because I know that nowadays everybody's got some crazy stresses they're only just about dealing with!
